Monumental, Iconic Structures of varied nature, diversity and extent. From a 2000
Sft, small Bungalow to Large Townships and from Low rise to High Rise as high as
110 floors, in Mumbai and very importantly, all under one single roof.
Some of these projects have won excellence awards, conducted by an international
organizations.
It was Mr. Mahimtura who introduced new techniques as a technical up gradation viz
use of fibre wrap in the building retrofitting works and A Top Down construction
methodology to reduce construction time significantly.
It was probably the first time the PT (Post Tensioning) concept was introduced first
time in India.
